Q. Are you authorised distributors of the products you sell?
A. No we are not authorised distributors of the products we sell at VM Cigars. We are a grey market retailer who buy from parallel suppliers. What does Grey market mean? It means we sell genuine products, outside of the territory they were destined for. This allows us to offer you 100% authentic cigars at considerably lower prices.
Q. Do you open your boxes prior to shipping?
A. We normally ship boxes opened. The distributor or tax agencies in one of the jurisdictions we source from - would have had the box opened for quality control, customs or accounting purposes.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We have two fulfilment centres, one in North America and one in the Middle East. Shipping options vary depending on where the merchandise is stocked.
Q. Are your cigars authentic?
A. Yes. All our cigars have been purchased from authorized Habanos distributors and are guaranteed to be authentic.
Q. Are your prices quoted in US Dollars?
A. Yes our prices are in US Dollars.
Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We do our billing through our partner PayPal. They accept debit and credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Q. Are your prices inclusive of shipping costs?
A. No our prices are all exclusive of shipping costs.
TERMS OF USE
Please read these terms carefully before using our site.
Use of this site for anyone below 18 is prohibited.
Customs Duties and Declarations:
1. We ship discreetly in all cases, with an appropriate customs declaration. Your order may be processed in more than one shipment to minimize the risks associated with shipping.
2. Customs authorities often assess duties and tariffs on tobacco products. In the event a shipment is assessed these duties, the responsibility falls under the terms of the shipping option selected. All claims will be reviewed individually, with refunds, reshipments, or compensation being at our discretion.
Shipping and Refund Policy:
1. We have guaranteed delivery on select modes of delivery. Meaning if your package goes missing or is lost in transit, we will refund or reship at our discretion.

2. For items that arrive damaged or moldy, we will offer a resolution to the client to make them whole. This will include either a partial credit, partial refund, or full refund upon returning the box. If you ask for the box to remain sealed, it means we cannot inspect it prior to dispatch, and we may not be responsible for the condition it arrives in
3. No returns policy for cigars, unless otherwise communicated and mutually agreed.
4. No refunds will be issued on account of taste, draw, construction, or aroma. Cigars are made from a natural leaf and variance between boxes is to be expected.
5. We will not be responsible for non-deliveries if the address provided was incorrect or you were not covered by a delivery guarantee and the shipment was held by customs for nonpayment of duties.
6. VM Cigars reserves the sole and final decision in handling disputes.
Also Note:
1. We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason.
2. We will not be bound to honor any clearly incorrect prices on mailers or the storefront due to human error.
3. Anyone who misuses the one time use promotion codes will have their account terminated.
4. Anyone who fraudulently lodges a chargeback will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
5. By using this site you agree that only the jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands will apply to any dispute or litigation that may arise with Valerio Morales Cigars or any of its affiliates/subsidiaries/parent company.
6. By using this site you submit yourself to the jurisdiction of British Virgin Islands courts and waive your right to establish civil proceedings in a foreign venue.
7. By placing an order on this site you certify to us that you understand your local customs regulations and that your order is compliant. We do our best to ship discreetly, but factors beyond our control may result in shipments being intercepted occasionally.
8. By placing an order on this site you certify to us that you understand customs excise duties may be levied on your order, and that it is solely your responsibility to pay them unless otherwise covered by a guarantee on the part of VM Cigars.
